Opening a PayWise account used to take 1-2 days of manual processing. With only a 10% completion rate, the process frustrated users and lost customers before they could start. We digitized the entire registration flow: eliminated manual steps, introduced real-time document verification and created a conversational interface that guides the user step by step. Result: registration in 3-10 minutes, completion rate above 60% and an error rate below 1%. We also produced a commercial video that communicates PayWise's value proposition clearly and attractively.
