Faiber isn't your average business owner. During the pandemic, with all his jewelry stores in Trinidad and Tobago forced to close, he didn't lay off a single person. Instead, he doubled down on digital. Our story with Faiber began in 2015, when we built his first website. But it was during the pandemic that the relationship deepened: we revamped his site, added inventory, built a complete checkout, implemented marketing automation and trained his team with video tutorials. Since then we've kept growing together — automating processes, creating training manuals, designing POP material and building a marketplace that keeps expanding. Today Goozone is a thriving digital business, and we're still learning from each other.

As Goozone evolved, it needed a modern, trustworthy brand identity. We designed a visual identity system including a renewed logo, color palette, typography and brand elements to give Goozone a cohesive, professional image across all channels.



E-commerce Website
We revamped Goozone's website into a full online marketplace. Beyond listing products, we built inventory management tools, an intuitive shopping experience and a smooth checkout process. The site is fast, mobile-friendly and secure. We also created video tutorials to train the team on managing the new site.

Marketing Automation
We implemented automation systems so promotions, customer follow-ups and key communications happen without manual work. Automatic responses help handle customer inquiries quickly, improving the online shopping experience and freeing up team time.

Meta Advertising
We helped Goozone reach new audiences through targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. By designing creative assets and managing ad strategies, we helped drive traffic and increase online sales.

POP Branding Material
To help Goozone stand out in both physical and digital worlds, we designed mockups for banners, outdoor signage and promotional displays. Each piece reflects Goozone's modern brand identity, ensuring consistency even in offline spaces.
