Admin Management Pro (AMP) is an administrative support services company that was already thriving, even with its own HR WebApp. But it had no online presence to show for it. We met Ivana Blanco, who told us AMP's story: a solid business with loyal clients, but nothing online that felt as reliable as their service. We built a professional website that clearly explains their services, guides new visitors and helps existing clients reach their portal. We also introduced HubSpot CRM and guided the team through a hands-on workshop to manage contacts and communication.
Website Design & Development
The main goal was to give AMP a professional online home. We started by understanding their business model, services and clients. We built pages explaining each service and made it easy for clients to navigate to their secure portal. We connected forms, set up clear calls-to-action and made the entire experience smooth and mobile-friendly.
CRM & HubSpot Onboarding
While working on the website, we noticed AMP didn't have a CRM system. We introduced HubSpot and helped set up their account from scratch. We guided them through the basics in a simple workshop, showing them how to use it to store contacts and manage communication more efficiently.
