Website Design & Development

In the first stage, we focused on digitalizing New Blossom’s presence. We designed and developed a website that showcases their services and products beautifully, making it easy for clients to explore their treatments and book appointments. The website was fully indexed on Google and connected to essential tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to track visitor behavior and measure results. We also built an eCommerce section so New Blossom could begin selling products online and open new revenue streams.

Social Media

We helped New Blossom establish a professional and engaging social media presence. From setting up profiles to designing branded templates and creating a consistent posting schedule, we made sure Marisol and Mario could connect with clients and showcase their work in a visually appealing way. Over time, social media became a significant channel for building trust and attracting new clients locally.

Email Marketing

To maintain strong relationships with clients, we implemented a monthly newsletter. The emails share promotions, skincare tips, and updates about new services, helping keep New Blossom top of mind for both existing and potential clients. This regular touchpoint has helped strengthen loyalty and generate repeat business.

CRM & HubSpot Integration

As New Blossom grew, we moved into the second stage: systematization. We integrated their website with HubSpot CRM to centralize client data and streamline communication. Forms on the website feed directly into the CRM, allowing New Blossom manage contacts, track leads, and keep everything organized. This integration also connected seamlessly with their social media campaigns, ensuring that every marketing effort was tied back to measurable results.

AI Sales Agent

Most recently, we introduced an AI sales agent specifically designed to call new leads within five minutes of their inquiry. This smart agent confirms appointments directly with the customer over the phone and automatically creates a Google Calendar event for the booking. It’s been a game-changer in helping New Blossom respond quickly and keep their schedule organized while delivering excellent customer service.
