When Veronica Sierra, a long-time colleague, reached out about one of her clients needing a website, we were excited to jump in. She had just finished designing a logo for Admin Management Pro (AMP), a business support services company that was already thriving. But… had no online presence to show for it. That’s when we met Ivana Blanco, who shared AMP’s story: a solid business with loyal clients, even an HR WebApp, but nothing online that could make their digital presence feel as trustworthy and reliable as their service.

Together, we mapped out what the website needed to do, clearly explain their services, guide new visitors, and help existing clients reach their portal with ease. Along the way, we also discovered opportunities to help AMP get more organized and make the most out of their customer relationships.

Website Design & Development

The main goal was to give AMP a professional and reassuring online home. We started by understanding their business model, services, and clients. The website needed to reflect their reliability and experience, so we kept the design clean, clear, and approachable. We built pages that explained each of their services and made it easy for clients to navigate to their secure portal.

But we didn’t just stop at content. We made sure the website would be functional behind the scenes, too. We connected forms, setting up clear calls-to-action, and making the whole experience smooth and mobile-friendly. The result? A site that helps AMP look as trustworthy online as they are in real life.

CRM & Hubspot Onboarding

While working on the website, we noticed that AMP didn’t have a CRM system in place to keep track of leads and clients. So we introduced them to HubSpot and helped set up their account from scratch. We walked them through the basics in a simple, no-stress workshop and showed them how to use it to save contacts and manage communication more efficiently.
